Conductor Preparation Conductor Material: Soft tempered electrolytic copper wire or cable. Insulation Material: YJ-1 type Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) thermoplastic compound, designed to resist humidity and act as a flame retardant. Color Coding: According to NCh 4/2003 regulations, for sections up to 21 mm2:
- White: Used for the neutral conductor and service ground.
- Green: Assigned to the protective ground conductor.
- Blue: Designated for the phase 1 driver.
- Black: Reserved for the phase 2 driver.
- Red: Destined for the phase 3 conductor. For sections of 35 mm2 or larger, the exclusive color is black.
Dispatch Delivery is made in 100 meter rolls or wooden reels, depending on the caliber, length and weight of the conductor.
Identification A card is provided that is tied to the roll or attached to the reel for identification.
Applications This type of conductor is used in the installation of entrance lines for homes, especially those located out of manual reach. Likewise, it is suitable for installations in humid environments or outdoors on insulators. It is also used in protected fixed lines to power machines, tools and similar equipment, whether attached to them or independent.
Return policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of delivering your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply log into your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link in the "My Account" menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you by email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
