How to buy?
Step 1: Add Products of your interest.
 
It should be noted that we do not have the option to add to cart and pay immediately, we are distributors, we sell in quantities or at retail.
You add all the products you need to the quote, in the list you can modify the quantities, give us relevant details of the product you need, attach technical sheets or any reference document and a specific message of what you need or indicating your urgency for the material.

Step 2: Submit request
 
Once you fill out the quote form and send us the request, our executives will review your request in detail and will assist you as soon as possible. Remember that we are distributors of the products we sell, so we will always give you the best price.
Step 3: Approve our offer.
 
Once your request has been reviewed by our executives, they will send you our offer highlighting the stock availability of the items, price for the quantity you need and delivery times depending on your Location. If you agree with our offer, and you send us the Purchase Order, send the purchase order or ask the executive to please create your order.
Step 4: Confirm payment
 
Once the order is created, we will indicate our bank details in case you want to make a transfer and you will also be sent a link where you can make the payment with your debit or credit card, if you wish. With your credit card you can pay in up to 12 installments.
Step 5: Ready
 
Once all the steps have been completed, your order number will automatically be created in our system, where you can track your purchase from our website.
Shipment
How to track my purchase?
 
On our website it is very simple, go to "Track order" found in the bottom menu of our website.
Once this is done, enter your order number that we sent to your email and now you will be able to see all the updates to your order.
How much will shipping cost me?
 
If you are from Chile and your order is over $100,000 you will get free shipping. The shipping cost if you are from another country will depend on the weight, we will give you the shipping cost along with our offer.
Can I buy if I am not from Chile?
 
Of course, we have our own distribution center for international shipments, so we have coverage throughout the world.
